Service Pricing

In the Growth-Driven Design model, the service price consists of a basic fee and a monthly service fee. A results-based pricing model is also often used. Many factors affect the service price, such as the scope of the site, functionalities, and technologies used.

What is Growth-Driven Design?

Growth-Driven Design refers to an agile website design process. In this design model, the aim is to quickly publish the first version of the website ("Launch Pad"). After this, the site is continuously developed through development sprints based on user data and user experiences. Development work continues until the site achieves its set goals.

Traditional web design is usually implemented as one large project, which includes a comprehensive design and development process. The outcome of this process is the publication of a finished or at least nearly finished website or web service. After publication, potential bugs are fixed and minor improvements are made to the site's functionality. The problem with this model is that it can take too much time, and at the beginning of the project, it may not be known what kind of website the end-user truly needs or wants. The Growth-Driven Design model, on the other hand, is based on continuous site development driven by data, differing from the traditional approach which follows more of a "build and launch" style.

Generally, during the design process, user feedback is collected and key website performance metrics are used, such as traffic volume, user engagement, conversion rate, number of conversions, and conversion value. The metrics are defined on a case-by-case basis.

There is no single answer to this question. In many cases, the traditional model for website design may be a better option. Instead, the Growth-Driven Design model is well-suited for startups and growth companies looking for an agile and flexible approach to developing their websites.
